"I found Howells Training almost like a second home to me as the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The training facilities were available to me at any time which I found helpful particularly for the theory tests. The driving instructor had a well structured lesson plan starting off in a quiet area and moving on to busier roads when he thought I was confident enough. I found him very patient and good at explaining what was needed to become a safe coach driver. I also liked the training team who were only a phone call away when I had a question. Now that I have passed I am able to accept the job offered to me by a local coach firm"

Hi Donna

Thanks very much - a great start to 2011 for me!  I do need to get my International too which Sarah is looking into for me.
Very pleased to pen a few lines as follows : I have recently been successful in obtaining my CPC Passenger Module 5 after numerous previous attempts.  I believe the main reason for my success this time was due to the advice and support I received from both Sarah & Donna at Howells Training.I was unable to attend the revision day due to the snow but Donna and Sarah provided me with constant support and advice via email, the material they gave me for revision was invaluable in helping me pass the exam.Overall, a very professional, helpful and more importantly personable service that helped me in achieving my award.
